Ballet Beautiful Results Case Study

December 27, 2013 by Tawny Bailey Leave a Comment

Today I have decided that I am going to conduct a 4 week Ballet Beautiful Results Case Study. I thought that instead of changing up my workout each week (which I do out of sheer boredom), I would instead stick with ONE workout for 4 weeks to see what kind of results I get.

As far as making significant strength gains that will ultimately reshape your body and give you visible muscle tone, you absolutely must stick with something long enough to make a difference.

Even though I know this, it is still hard for me to stick with one workout for longer than a few weeks – that’s why I decided to commit to 4 weeks and blog about it…that way I am accountable and hopefully it will help cure my “workout video A.D.D.” 🙂

But since I have recently dropped about 13 pounds, I need to focus more on sculpting my muscles so that I don’t just look like a skinny person.

So that’s why I chose the Ballet Beautiful Total Body Workout. It’s a serious sculpting ballet workout that looks much easier than it actually is. Don’t be fooled.

I made the mistake of buying this DVD (I also have the Body Blast DVD) and then letting it sit because it seemed too easy and a little bit boring…I would only do one Body Blast 15 minute segment at a time as an add-on to my other workouts, as you can see in my original review of the Ballet Beautiful Body Blast DVD here.

So, in the name of being consistent and getting visible results, follow me along as I share my thoughts and results with you for the next 30 days. I will not post every day, because it will be too redundant. So I will update once a week, so you can keep track of what’s happening ;).
